Interviewer: When did you chose J-Minor as the name to build your image around?? J-Minor: Some years back I took Music Theory classes and I learned music is played either in major or minor keys. I started getting better to the point where i started throwing minor pitch changes in the background of everthii=ng I touch, (Major and Minor) which gives my music a new futuristic type sound.

I actually understand the reason Memphis Musician J-Minor deserves comparison with Young Money Mogul "Drake".Through the first few hours of watching J-Mnor I realized he knew alot about music.. First he made a hip hop instrumental from scratch that took no longer than ten minutes. He picked up his headphones and stepped face to mic and freestyled "Big Money". Until then i have yet to see a man produce, sing, rap, and mix and master his own track. If you ask me. J-Minor has potential to be bigger than the best. From just getting to know him personally for that eight hours, i would ask for fans to tune-in and pay close attetion to what J-Minor is bringing new to the game.
