I've always loved music as a listener and as a player/ singer/ songwriter. Have performed on a street/ grass roots basis - as a busker, in folk clubs, open mics, pubs and so on - my initial success as a teenager offered CBS contract, Eurovision representing UK, and a single of a Beegees' song recorded at Apple Studios and all set to zoom up the charts, was blocked at the last minute by well-meaning parents wanting me to go to Uni and get a real job. Hmm! So you could say I didn't really take my musical gifts seriously as a career afterwards, but did support myself and my 5 children with it at times!
All my life i still played, wrote songs, sang, performed, jammed, and did thousands of one offs 'made it up as I went along' and loved going to concerts and listening to all kinds of music. Eventually went to college to do a diploma in sound engineering and music technology 1999-2001 - as a granny! the music I'm uploading on here was recorded in 2007 by a dear friend who believes/d in me!
