Talented, fresh and new Hip-Hop/ Soul artist.
Whether he’s in the streets of Baltimore, the Blocks of New York City, or the sands of Cairo, Nardy, as his family calls him, is at home when he’s creating music.
As the eldest of 3 boys; having one older sister, he grew up in the tough city of Baltimore, Md. It’s a city where few people make it out to be a success. The harsh realities of the city's mean streets were captured on HBO’s hit series “The Wire”. It was his parents' guidance, and specifically his father’s love for music that kept him away from negative influences. "I can remember my father behind the turntables spinning records, making beats or rapping on the mic. When I was younger he would let me and my brothers get on the mic and fool around." It was here, in his family’s basement where he first fell in love with music and it’s continued to grow ever since.
Presented with an opportunity Nardy found himself in Cairo, Egypt, engulfed in an emerging music scene. He was selected to perform at Egypt’s first B-Boy competition, the Red Bull BC one invitational in Alexandria, May of 2012.
He's currently finishing up his next project, the Ridicule album, which is based on his life's events up unto this point. "It's a powerful project giving the world insight on how I think, while detailing most of my struggles and achievements." Its clear Nardy has a lot to offer and we look forward to hearing from him sooner than later.
