Picked up my first instrument, an acoustic guitar, in 2001 when I was 17. Taught myself how to play riffs from all my favourite artists like Led Zep, Ac/Dc, metallica, deep purple, black sabbath, pink floyd, eric clapton, etc. Love the old stuff. After about a year of learning other people's stuff, I started coming up with riffs and licks of my own. Composing and recording a song became the most satisfying, incredible moment for me. Been doing it ever since. I joined so I could share some of my songs.
I need work on recording/mastering techniques though.
