Jeremy Hout, better known as Mr. DatiQ, started making music at the late age of 20.
Using Fl Studio 7 he soon crafted his own unique feel of song making, not yet fully understanding the arts of mixing, sound design and mastering yet he went out and studied all sorts of available information about this.
With this new knowledge and understanding he is even better capable of making tunes you can dance to.
In 2009 he started a little project with a friend, called H2j. As this was only to practice using vocals on tracks, he stopped the project after a year, having made an album and organising his own CD Release party with different kinds of artists.
Now 2011 he has started to really develop and has his first release on Spread Records, due 2012.
He is also working on some EP’s and on getting more releases in the future.
He produces his own beats & songs, but is also an enthusiastic dj and has performed at multiple places and between different names. Mr. DatiQ loves to mix and experiment with different genres, such as drum and bass, dubstep, tekno and hiphop. Not just colouring between the lines for Mr. DatiQ, and that’s what you’ll love about him!
