Barrio Kingdom formed in 2006 and quickly established themselves in their hometown of Bristol. Their music is a unique mix of drum n bass, rock and hip hop which stands them apart from most. Their first two e.ps received high praise from both Bristol’s Venue magazine and BBC Introducing, and they are currently finishing their debut album ‘Somewhere between rock and a hard place’ set for release later this year.
Having gigged all the major spots in Bristol since 2007, they have spent the last year playing venues up and down the country with an excellent response. The band have also been regulars on the UK and European festival circuit for the last 3 years.
Barrio Kingdom are: Teph (Vocals), Lux (MC/Vocals), Cotti (Synths/Bass), Nick (Drums/Percussion) and Bob (Guitars/FX/Bass).
