Alison Joy Williams is a Contemporary Blues artist and songwriter currently living in Nashville Tennessee.
She has spent the better part of her life performing in the fast pace cities of the Far East and Europe, Under the swaying palm trees of Hawaii, and Bright lights of Las Vegas to the laid back Honky Tonk’s of Southern America. In venues large and small she has held audiences spell bound. Alison's vocal style has a way of making you feel every note and word of her songs. Written or co-written and produced by her cds are visual vignettes sung with a voice that is all her own.
Alison Joy Williams’s new cd Love All Of Me released to radio in March of 2011 and it quickly climbed into the top twenty of Airplay Directs Blues charts. Hitting the top five the first week of April this cd remained in the top ten for over 20 weeks including a one week stint at #1 in April, May and June.
Alison Joy Williams and her band Indigo Edge bring a wide range of Blues from classic to contemporary to the stage in both the US and Europe.
