DK & Yung Ghetto both represent the new sound comin outta the carolinas. DK originally from tha Bronx now livin in Charlotte, NC and the South Cack bred, Yung Ghetto both met up while serving in the military doing a tour in Afghanistan. Yung Ghetto at the time a member of Carolina rap group Reckless Family(along with chick, G Mami and dude, Hood) was networkin his group throughout his unit and met DK. Since then, they've been recording songs off of Yung Ghetto's laptop and studio mic while performin a few shows on base during the deployment. Towards the end of the deployment Yung Ghetto's group split up. With Yung Ghetto being the networker that he is, he and DK have been picking up where Reckless Family left off. They are currently still in Afghanistan as we speak but are scheduled to return home in July of 2011. Soon as they touchdown they are headed straight to the studio to make nothin but hits! they already have artists lined up back home to do collabs with. well, enough about them, check out the music!
