*Randi Knaffman Productionz offers a “Non-Exclusive Royalty Free Beat Lease” (N-ERFBL).
The N-ERFBL allows you, upon purchase of an instrumental, permission to use that instrumental in any audio recordings for any commercial or profitable projects as long as you print "Beat produced by Randi Knaffman Productionz" in bold on the back of the CD or CD insert.
It does not however, prevent another artist from leasing the same beat.
*If you are interested in exclusive beat leases, they are available upon contact. An exclusive beat lease typically ranges $50.00 - $100.00.
Understand that while I enjoy making these instrumentals, I am also attempting to make a profit. And while one beat can be resold over 20 times, an exclusive lease prevents me as a producer from making any farther profit from that song.
WARNING: We will not tolerate the following Terms of Service Violations:
*Reseller schemes
*Copyright infringement
*Manufacturing without credit to us
Violations can result in prosecution.
Our royalties contract will become void for you.
You will also not be able to purchase again with any other method.
And if you use any of our music thereafter, from audio copies you will be sued.
