Growing up in a busy city Entigy (Nihad Grabus) falls in love with hip hop music in the early 90`s. He wrote his first rhyme in 1998 and didn`t stop ever since. Inspired by all sorts of music styles (mostly hip hop & reggae) his own style tranceformed over the years. He is known for his complex delivery and catchy hooks with no bounderies when it comes to style. Its like you are listening to many different artists when its only Entigy who is doing the vocals.
In 2005 Entigy recorded his first studio mixtape called Run forever more, followed by the mixtape All fruits ripe in 2006. In 2007 Entigy recorded his third studio mixtape called Bad like yaz. He was working on several projects in 2008.
It was time to experiment. In 2009 Entigy recorded the mixtape And it iz time. This was the mixtape that changed his style forever. It wasn`t just hip hop anymore, it became much more. It was a mix of Hip hop/Rap, Reggae/Ragga, Caribbean and more. Entigy wasn`t called a rapper anymore but a vocalist. Although people had only positive things to say, Entigy wasn`t satisfied yet.
He started working on a dutch mixtape, the alter ego Expressie - de tijd dwingt and the english mixtape The art of the expressionism. After finishing 7 tracks for The art of expressionism, he combined the And it iz time mixtape with The art of expressionism mixtape which became The Collection 1998-2010. This mixtape became its own genre.
After a 2-year break, Entigy is back with The
