Kongsaeng Chris Everson is a Zen Buddhist composer, artist, and poet. He has a degree in music composition from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, USA. He played in the nineteen seventies in the Motor City Free Arts Group and Speedball Mittens, two avant garde music groups. Around 1980, he played bass in The Inside/Outside Band, a new wave band. In the mid-eighties he played with Hurricane Erv. Kongsaeng is now recording music for children's toy instruments, and writing music for them.
