It’s your boy Slimm Hefnah. For those who don’t know me , I’m
The DMV’s best kept secret. I’ve been rhyming since 1986. Growing up in
Washington DC and Maryland has given me a distinct style and sound unlike
Anybody else in the game.
My influences in music range from a barometer from Rakim of the legendary Eric B and Rakim to The Rolling Stones.
Throughout the 1990’s, I was one half of the Legendary Underworld Ministries, until 2003.
From there I’ve worked on various projects with an array of talented artist from many
Musical genres.
In 2009, I was signed to 4TL Music Group to broaden my capabilities, and test my limits with music. In the process of signing with 4TL Music Group I will be releasing my debut
Album entitled “ Dying To Live “ in the summer of 2010.
Dying to Live is a tour de force in lyricism and hard hitting musical landscapes.
Many different producers have worked with me on some of my projects, including the one and only multi talented Bruce “Kool Aid “ Gardner of Juice Box Productions based in Maryland.
The album is destined to be a classic, a long awaited breath of fresh air for the hip hop
Purist.
