Politically shifted, lyrically gifted, spiritually lifted, to help those who shifted, away from their roots, goin after the loot, where there is no dispute, no need to rebuke. The statement's blatant, I aint hatin', unless common-sense is discriminative. More like primitive, the truth is bare, so I take the initiative, to their derriere. It's our despair, we hurtin' bad, our dollar situation is more than sad. It's a passing fad, we burned that route, best we ever had, now we down and out. So it's sad to say, I'm filled with doubt.
