I am a middle-aged (grand)father who is rediscovering the lost muse of my youth. I plunk away on the keyboard (piano and MIDI controller) and strum the guitar a bit, but not well enough to perform.
For most of my life, there has been music in my head that I did not know how to get out. Now, with GarageBand and a little elbow grease, I have started getting at some of that music.
I find great joy and fulfillment in writing music -- more than I can describe. If you get just a bit of that when listening to it, then I am glad. If not, my apologies.
