Composer, Artist, Producer, Engineer, Programmer, Writer, Session Musician, Multi-Instrumentalist. Music has been my life and will forever will be until the day I die. Over the years, I've been involved with different projects from many different genres all over the spectrum of music; some even polar opposites like bluegrass and rap, and pop and death metal. I own and run a vocal suite in my home for many vocalists and MCs. I also make beats and instrumentals Tim Tayshun is a project that got its roots back in late '02 when I got my first DAW. At the time it was something that I had always had and interest in, but never really had the means to beyond the simple keyboard I had. This may have marked a transition in my life as I expanded beyond just playing bass and guitar for gospel, and rock and metal acts. I began experimenting with something different and new; I just played what came through. The music I made at that time was dark and very experimental. Many without a relative genre, this eventually became known as the Duality, as it was (to me) something completely different than what it was that I have been doing. Tim Tayshun eventually came as I started fusing more upbeat instrumentation and hip-hop with electro, IDM, and other styles of electronic music and using a different approach than how I did with Duality. There are many elements from electronic music that I use as Tim Tayshun today though. What I end up with is a sound that is not only unique but a sound that I enjoy making and a sound that I hope you'll enjoy listening to:
