The group All in All consists of two artists, both born and raised in South Korea and later residing in the U.S. Music played huge role in both of their lives and it only grew as they developed and polished their creative abilities. With Young Jin Choi, a producer from Los Angeles, composing and arranging and Andrew Kwon, a vocalist from Portland, Oregon, singing and writing, their style is very soft and easy to listen to.
All in All was established in 2002 when the two artists met in Kansas City for a project. As they contiued to make music, by 2003, they began recording their first album titled ¡°Armor of God¡± and it was released in June 2004. This album consists of three mid-tempo pop songs such as ¡°You are the reason¡±, three worshipful ballads, three up-tempo funk and a few electronic songs. Though the genre varies throughout the album, it delivers the common message of hope and faith in Jesus Christ.
After Choi relocated to Los Angeles, CA they recorded their 2nd album ¡°New Life¡± and released it in september of 2006. ¡°New Life¡± was an upgrade from their previous album, and took much more time to finish. For this album the group wanted to focus on the quality rather than quantity of songs and also have deeper meanings to the lyrics. The album begins with a powerful song ¡°Let all the Earth¡± and takes the listeners on a unique and meaningful journey, as reading a book.
