My name is Sotiris Gougousis and i live and work in Crete, Greece.
Always interested in music and electronics, the first time i saw, heard and touched a real synthesizer i was speechless
(with my mouth open). It was one of my life-changing experiences.
Many years later my love for the "electronic" sound of the synth still stays strong and vibrant
and i feel really good inside each time i play music on my synths.
My favorite artists are Vangelis, Jean Michel Jarre, Kraftwerk, Pink Floyd, Giorgio Moroder, Yanni, Gary Numan, Space, Vince Clarke, Depeche Mode, Tangerine Dream, Manos Hatzidakis, Mimis Plessas, Stamatis Spanoudakis and Kostas Tournas.
Although i was playing/recording music for a long time, contributed to various electroacoustic academic research and multimedia projects, even worked as a sound designer and synth/MIDI consultant for a local music store/distributor,
only lately (2010) i started showing my creations through the internet.
Most of my creations could be labeled as "melodic electronic music"
but sometimes i like to create soft/ambient/celtic/ethnic instrumentals as well.
