Hi, I am from Lafayette, Louisiana. Music has been a big part of my life starting with playing the trombone at age 10 under the direction of the great Mr. Zerangue at Alleman and at age 12 touring with the "Purple Stage Band". Later I had the chance with the Lafayette High School band under the great John Ray Kenney to perform for Pope John Paul II at the Vatican in Italy which of course was really cool!
My kids' involvement with music at their own schools actually sparked my interest in writing music again. So I've been writing an hour here and an hour there and always just for the love of it.
