Moulay Mohcine El Asli (born January 01, 1989 in Hay Hassani, Casablanca, Morocco),better known by his stage name Slim Ronnie is a Moroccan rapper, record producer, and singer.
Slim Ronnie was born Moulay Mohcine El Asli, and grew up in the Derb ElAmal neighborhood of Hay Hassani, Casablanca City.He wrote his first rap song at age 13. El Asli became interested in hip hop, performing amateur raps at age 14 under the pseudonym "Ra3da Flow" and founding the group called "M-Gangs Crew" and released his first Single, "Denia 3dab (feat. Hot Gun)" in 2007. And around 2008 his group released their first single called "Sem Laklam" under the record label FF School Production. Although he was enrolled at Abdella Guennoun Secondary School, he frequently participated in freestyle battles at Ibnou Alyassmin High School.
"Slim Cap Sfina"/Ship Captain is the first single from Slim Ronnie's first upcoming studio album Al Horrya/Freedom. The single was produced by him-self.
