As a kid, I'd sit & watch my ole' man play guitar for hours, just watching & listening. He taught me the 1st few chords & how to tune one at about 12 yrs old. Turns out I have the same natural ear he did. I was in my 1st band by the time I turned 13. I've since picked up vocals, drums, bass, & some keys by ear. I can't read music for sh!t, but play it & I'll have it before you read the tab. Music has been a constant friend, outlet, & guardian for me for over 20 yrs. It's gotten me into & kept me out of alot of trouble. I love (almost) all music.
