Every once in a while a artist comes along with the the talent,grace and grind to move the hearts of millions and this one is definitely included alongside the majors!I know, i was skeptic at first too but i never seen someone truly equivilant to the rose in the concrete boys and girls i give u Brooklyn...
Born and raised in kings county brooklyn,newyork at the tender age of 13 Brooklyn would write her first song at 14 her first rap and at 15 she would sign her first recording contract with aftermath records.
Known to many as the "favorite" Brooklyn would go on to write and influence such songs as "in the hood" with 50cent & the drama worthy "many men remix", "rich girl", "money shake" with Italy's doll Francesca Maria,the most recent and might i say controversial verse on Jay Z's D.O.A where she rips into the wonderful mary j blige as her alter ego its no wonder the trumpets are blowing through the industry about this one!Can u say problem?!!Brooklyn has been featured in XXL,Trace,Real Hip Hop,17Linx,Hear it first and the list goes on!We truly consider her to be #1 on the list of female hiphop performers a kind but sharp influence in the industry softening the hearts of not only fans but haters as well!After trading her recording contract with aftermath records for a publishing contract Brooklyn has played a big role in assisting some of your most beloved and favorite artist and performers making her one of the best ghost writers/vocal stylist of our time!Stay tuned!
