Borne of the Gritty City that is Richmond, Ca, Griffinstein is more than meets the eye. Beyond the violence of his surroundings, his raps are an anomaly. Creative & constructive, filled with substance and thought. Griffinstein is Dark, The Devil's Advocate if you will. With delivery and rhythm that's intoxicating, you will listen and want to understand what he's rapping about. Despite the lack of mainstream allure, Griffin continues to record good music. Without doubt, the music is appreciated due to it's "realness", and a brashness that's so true it hurts. He continues to expand creative horizons and communicate with fans across the nation, and throughout the world, keeping Griffin and Darkxide Asxylum viable, growing, and evolving as a Rap/Publishing/Production/Multimedia entity.
