A household name is one that is spoken by the tongues of millions. A household name has penetrated the fortified walls of obscurity only to rebuild them stronger than ever before. MADD P of Elgin, IL will be the next household name as he advances in his evolutionary musical quest to reinforce the “real” in Hip-Hop.
Currently in the studio working on his new original album, tentatively titled The Meltdown, MADD P is optimistic in his representation of the word “real.” Music is made for the people, and under this realization MADD P targets social problems while still offering fans music to bob their heads until they get headaches. Not only does he tailor his tunes to please the dance crowds, but also pays close attention not to leave out the wallflowers. “This one’s for all my people who don’t like to dance in the clubs,” he states at the beginning of his club banger “Wallflower”. Attention to detail takes precedence over everything when it comes to what the people want, and MADD P gives them what they ask for. Music is for everyone, and everyone deserves a song he feels he can call his own. An artist speaks to his audience and MADD P has come to fill the voids in a genre disfigured to an unrecognizable state and left with more holes than Fruit Loops.
Armed with an alter-moniker, The Space King, and 14 years of experience, his finger is on the button for the top floor in the elevator to the sky. MADD P is an advocate for adopted children as his experience growing from adoption as a fatherless child played a very big role in his adolescence. A voice for the seemingly voiceless was made available to socially constrained citizens when MADD P picked up the mic. In all of life’s adversity, MADD P moves into the spotlight with a simple remedy: When life gives you lemons, throw them away and take the “real” ones.

The eyes of children will widen…
The light will shine down…
And the wallflowers will dance.
