(Am interested in locals, perhaps women especially (for multi/harmonizing vocals - who could form a band with me, though currently I'm going to make my own CD.) Scroll down for details. Will take awhile to upload music. Bear with me? I play mostly the piano, but have tried other instruments and want badly to learn acoustic and electric guitar (lead? slide?). Songwriter of music and lyrics more than half my life. Mostly A/C, and not all about "love" or how cute so-and-so is, but there's some of that too *l*. I have a dilemma!: Some of the best songs I've ever written are what you'd have to call "Christian", which is fine - but if you're like me and not one to profess rock solid faith or limit your audience when so much of your stuff is secular, I wonder what one is supposed to do if interest has been expressed enthusiatically for their "religious" material, (though mine is more about one's inner search, really). Would it be immoral, disingenuous, opportunistic, to shop these songs as others have encouraged w/o committing to Christian sector? Given that those three former adjectives describe the music industry, maybe it's fine, or does it matter? REALLY want your opinions!:) If you're in NB Canada and relate to the band idea and can harmonize/play well, or just want to talk shop, don't hesitate to write me!! Don't stop trying to get REAL, quality, original music out there, folks!

Hey to all you musicians and songwriters striving to make the best music you can: my hat's off to you! Seeking people in New Brunswick, Canada, (poss: especially other women?) who may want to form a band, and who can sing, harmonize, play, etc. Always interested in anyone who wants to talk about music, their music, what they're doing or facing to get it out there, or just about the creative process too, to write and chat!
