Me in a nutshell:
(Undiagnosed conditions) I'm a bit OCD, I'm bipolar, and I don't like being around people I don't know (and likely don't give a damn about.)
I'm from the Deep South. My favorite sport is NASCAR and my favorite vehicles are trucks.
I'm a perfectionist with stuff I care about. It's either all-or-nothing with me.
I'm absent-minded most of the time. It's been a running joke in the family that I'm like Einstein (one of my favorite physicists) in that way--always aborbed in my imagination. (My IQ is only around 125, however. . .)
I'm a full-time English (Creative Writing Emphasis) major at Weber State University in Ogden, UT (a.k.a as Mormon Central :-/).
Almost all of my free time is taken up by music and writing. I'm knee-deep in writing the first novel in a speculative/paranormal fiction saga. (I've been a writer for almost 11 years, but haven't been able to settle on any one project until now.)
Fun fact: I was completely tone-deaf as a child, but I didn't let that stop me from practicing over and over again (a sure sign of the OCD bit). One day a couple of years back I looked up and realized that I COULD sing! This just proves that you don't have to possess natural talent to get good at something! :P
Another Fun fact: I had a thick drawl until high school and German classes. :P There's still a bit of Southern twang in my speech (especially when I'm tired), but I annunciate a lot more than I used to.
