Born on March 24, 1994, Michael Scottie Peguero, stage named Scottie, is a young Dominican Rap artist that is currently pursuing a music career in Hip-Hop/ Rap culture. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, but now lives in Saint Albans. Hard hitting punch lines and phenomenal word play is what helps Scottie stand out in every song. He currently attends Bard High School Early College Queens in Long Island City, where he is currently working on his Associates degree in Liberal Arts. In his freshman year of high school, he would make music with Matthew Jimenez Aka “Blaze”, but as he entered his sophomore year at BHSEC he began to take music seriously, making it a lifestyle instead of a hobby. Finishing his junior year he released his first official mixtape entitled “16 going on 17”which produced a lot of buzz.
