Sherwin Denz (Tha Cardinal, 28/06/1991) and Seba Antonio (Papadog, 9/13/1990) have been working since 2006 to make rap music. The tracks that they make are influenced by various genres. So you can hear the influences from reggae, ragga, latin / house, r & b, dancehall, Kuduro, Ghetto zouk and cyber flow into their music can be heard.
The duo KP2 is not so very long back. After they met at a music school in Groningen, both as a producer to be objective, they found each other mainly in making raps. In 2009 it was the first time that they where standing on stage and since then the very positive reviews. It even led to a performance at the Liberation Day and a lot of media attention.
Tha Kardinal Papadog and are mainly concerned with the professionalization of their career. For example, they found a company in TRX, which makes high-quality clips for them. The two focus not only on the Netherlands, but also across the border to strike the music. As part of the foreign doctoral they also already worked with Sm00k Weed, a producer who previously made beats for Twista and Flo-Rida.
KP2 seems a mix of languages the right chord with the audience to touch. Both rappers manage in different languages and use the tracks. Papadog even spit most of his raps in Portuguese. There are also Spanish, Papiamento, English and foreign language Surinamese are not strange languages for them.
