Leasing rights allow you to use the beat for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. You will receive an MP3 file of the beat. The song file will be delivered digitally. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have limited rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You will receive a contract via e-mail granting you non-exclusive rights to the beat. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. You must however give full credit to Trak Houze. Upon purchasing leasing rights, I still own the beat and I am able to resell.

The Masters are released from the property of The Trak Houze. The recorded track(s) is exclusively licensed to "your name here" for use as part of live or recorded musical performance by whom he/she deems fit. You must however give full production credit to The Trak Houze on all commercial recordings. A mechanical royalty rate of 2.5 points does apply immediately after 1000 units and/or digital downloads sold and a royalty rate increase of 4 points after 10000 units and/or digital downloads sold. This exclusive license expressly forbids remixing or sampling of the tracks as they exist on the disc, reformatted for use in a digital sampler or sample playback unit, or re-synthesized or otherwise edited for use as sounds, samples, programs, patches or wave guides in any medium or format whatsoever, excepting musical performance or recording. The purchaser of this track(s) is responsible for any sample clearances associated with this track(s). Any usage not specifically allowed by this exclusive license, including but not limited to any usage by an unlicensed individual or organization, will be prosecuted to the maximum possible extent under the law.
