Born and raised in New Orleans East, I'm enrolled in an art school where I get into a lot of stuff but my brother and I do the music thing for ourselves. He's actually got me at home sometimes like a sweat shop worker working on music, but he buys all the programs and things like that so I spend a lot of time experimenting with sounds. I was brought up playing piano and started off with classical then learned some jazz but now I'm studying music independently. I listen to a lot of different sounds. All the mainstream stuff from hip-hop to pop and all that but I like finding random sounds like oldies and throwback joints and the random foreign music from other countries. You can make a hip-hop beat out of anything so I like being influenced by and incorporating different elements of music.
