Los Angeles-born and Virginia-raised, Bryan “Don Suavé” McNeil-Walker has always been surrounded by different musical influences. His mother is a blues/soul singer/songwriter and gave up touring when he was born. One day, the teacher gave him a music tape and, in no time, he was making simple beats on his Casio keyboard. Before long, he was dub-mixing tracks on his little sister’s karaoke machine and tape mixing off of CDs. Through the years, he has worked to develop his signature sound. Recently he has focused solely on production, writing hooks and building his catalog. Under his own MIDIBoi Productions, he’s worked with an array of artists including Sire, Bling Blizzle, K Beta, Thad Reid, Akshan, Starr Nyce, Rossi Prince, L.O., Prafit, J-Readi, El Rey, Harmony Musik, Whitefolks and Solo D. His creative versatility is what draws artists to work with him the most, and his ability to mix elements of R&B, Pop and Rock with Hip Hop brings a level of musicality that separates his work from others.
