Coming from across the Detroit River all the way from Windsor, Ontario born and raised 25 year old veteran beat producer is Drunken Kid, also known as DK. Real name Neil Fortin has been making beats since late 1998.
First Started off in a couple of bands at the age of 15 or 16, "Adrenaline" & "L.S.D. (Losing Self Decision)" and then started making beats. He came out with his first demo album entitled "The Serious Shit". Also 7 instrumental Albums, and 2 mixtapes Entitled "DuRtiWiNdSoR" & "Climb Da Bridge" In the past 9, 10 years in the scene,....
When you hear the name chop and screw or dirty south alot of people think the name DK right away here around Windsor, instead of biting off most of the same styles you would hear alot in this city like east or west coast vibes, DK swags off of the dirty south style. He has also accomplished such things as creating his indie self made label Alky Records, and his rap group Hoodz Militia Co-Formed with Crisiz, and he has also worked and produced beats for many Windsor artists such as Academy, Final Notice, Icchi, Central Slang's Joey G, A-LO, Lost Haas, Always Crunk, Crisiz, Bubbz, Hush, Dat Boi, Craze, Misphit, Seguin, Qt-C, Double O Joe, Dedman, J-Finn, D-Nice, SubZstantial, K-Triz, DuC-KeY, S-Ka-Paid and many more...
