I grew up southern NJ surrounded by music. Dad was a piano tuner & rebuilder, as well as a country-western / bluegrass fiddler. I got my start by picking out tunes on the piano at the age of three and later played gigs with Dad. From 1973 to 1979, I was in a local rock band named Phantom Lake. In 2004, we decided to do it again under the name of Tin Whiskers. Of course, now it's called "classic rock." So, we're not getting old -- we're just classics! But when I'm not playing Classic Rock, I'm listening to Smooth Jazz.

Nice cover, Gordy! There's still plenty of life left in that song even after 162 years. :-)
