When you think about R&B what comes to mind? Well, R&B is soul music that makes you feel good about yourself or your situation. Infused with emotion, R&B has produced yet another rare jewel. Behold a classic songstress by the name of Black Pearl. Feel the 1930's of the jazz age. Also equizzed with versatile delivery of neo soul entangled with sultry hip hop. Born Tomika Henderson 1980 in San Francisco, California, I was raised in Oakland as a baby. I astounded my family and others when I was five with my voice singing through out elementary and my high school days. I want to bring a refreshing sound back to your ear's. I want to unite with all of my people of all backgrounds to make some wonderful music together. 2 me a closed mouth don't get fed. I am a local starving music artist and I am ready to shine.
