My mind & body are one. I have lived the very best of life only to find my best times were when i was at my worst. I take the world for what it is and use my knowledge, understanding, & love for music to give me a instrument to make change. It gave me the power that i needed even when i didn't know i had it......and i'm still here!! I know we've all heard stories of big nuts & bigger glory, but never of what is real though we clamming that's what we is. I aint one to judge so don't mix up the message i'm just introducing myself.....
