Whether it be the obstacle of not having the backing of a major label, or the lack of respect and support from superstar rappers and fans alike, the road to stardom is far from easy. Many people have fallen at the hands of these hardships. One man who has the tenacity and drive to make it in these conditions is Chicago native, Yung Money Thirst. Persevering the tragedy of loosing a father and two grandmothers at the age of eight, Thirst was forced into survival mode and the rest is history. Although maintaining above average grades and playing football as a wide receiver, Yung Money Thirst took hold to the streets to secure a livelihood for his family as he paved his way toward a high school diploma. With a love for music, Thirst began to produce a discography of lyrics in high demand. “I know what I want and I want to get it first,” says the confident MC.Now, prepared to release his freshman album, “Hardest in the Streets.” Young Money Thirst is ready to share with the world years of life experience along with the sure hit Killin dem Boys.
