It's all part of my Rock 'n Roll fantasy!

I've been writing and recording songs since the late 70's, I've gone from recording on a 2-track reel to reel to a 4-track cassette recorder to a fully digital DAW (Digital Audio Workstation). I try to write songs that defy the standard structure and like experimenting with different sounds. I started out my musical career with "forced" piano lessons at the young age of 7 and stuck with classical music training for about ten years. I think my piano teacher is still out there somewhere still giving piano lessons! My main instrument is keyboards (piano, organ, synthesizer), but have been known to dabble with guitar. Many of my earlier songs feature a lead guitar solo played on an actual guitar (as opposed to later songs where guitar sampling was played via a midi keyboard) I was in several different bands, of all shapes and sizes. I was in an all original band called Flattop and The Criminals, then a couple of cover bands, and finally a Grateful Dead cover band. But throughout all of that I continued to write and record my own songs.
