Officially formed November 3rd, 2008 when the two heads of Cold Phonic decided to do some producing for the rapper that goes by EnTyce. Their first session went well, the three (three being Cold Phonic and EnTyce) working together on the track Born Blessin. Over the next week, Cold Phonic would hit the lab with EnTyce to put together more than 10 tracks. Currently Cold Phonic consist of only one member and produces for rapper Dadi West.
