When you hear about New Orleans rap scene you first think Cash Money, No Limit and other great artists from the The Crescent City, but in the long dark roads filled with ups and downs this Animal was picked over and now he's out the litter.
Kevin “Tank D.O.G” Johnson has made his presence known to the rap game through neighborhood freestyle battles and the release of 8 underground mix tapes. “Ain’t No be Safe” volume 1 through 6 and "COD" volumes 1 and 2. After Grinding for years in New Orleans and the southern region. In the start of 2004 Tank D.O.G relocated to Seattle, WA. were he teamed and partnered with life long friends Raymond and Runn Rochon of Cannibal Records Inc. Together they produced Tank D.O.G first album Guilty By Association(05). While working and playing in Seattle Tank D.O.G linked up with hit producer Vitamin D (who's accomplishments includes work with 50 Cent, Busta Rhymes, Young Buck, Redman and Source of Labor. And, In 2009 Cannibal Records Inc released Tank D.O.G sophomore album "GBA THA MOVEMENT" Hit Singles "MY ANGEL SANG" and "STACKS IN A RUBBER BAND" are being broadcast over public radio and internet radio stations and is receiving heavy attention. Today, Tank D.O.G is currently living in New Orleans were he and Cannibal Records Inc are striving to bring their music to the forefront of entertainment
