Zimply Acoustic are:
Michelle Marin (Vocals/Guitar)
Ralph Cacacho (Percussion)
Dan Eliseo (Guitar)
The "Zimply Acoustic" group was formed in the summer of 2011. Michelle was a solo performing artist before. She thought of adding something new to her performances by having "beat" to her music. She asked help from Ralph, drummer of a few local bands in Edmonton, to join her and that's how the group started. Few years later, Dan came along to give more details in their musical renditions.
Zimply Acoustic's style of music is a unique rendition of songs ranging from alternative OPMs, a bit of Bossa Nova and some latest tunes
of today. Their influences include 90's alternative Filipino Bands (Yano, E-heads, Rivermaya), fast paced songs of Tina Turner and the new grooves from David Guetta and Jessie J. Their wide variety of songs will definitely be enjoyed by the audience of all ages.
