if u lookint to spit, youll need a daw (digital audio workstation) like cubase or protools to record n mix your vocals and master your song. then you will need a beat makin programme if thats wat u want lik reason or summin n just rewire them together so you can rap on your beat. If u jus wanna rap, then all u need is a daw n you drag ur beat into the workstaion n spit on it. You can go 2 ways with the equipment... usb or sound card i use usb mic n midi keyboard but if u want a little more professionalness lol you will need a usb digital interface soundcard and a mixer (xlr with phantom power) and a mic (preferabley a condenser) There you go take what u need from that.
