David was born on January 25th, 1972, in the historical city of Rome, NY.
Rome is home to a variety of famous people and events, including Francis Bellamy; the author of the Pledge of Allegiance, and Woodstock '99.
David's interest in music began when he was around six years old. He would play and sing along to his parent's eight track cassette tapes of country, gospel and rock-n-roll.
David's first public singing performance was in the childrens' church choir on a Sunday morning. He sang "Jesus Loves Me" for the congregation, got a standing ovation and was awarded his very first Bible.
David's largest influence in music was his mother Charlotte. She too wanted to be a professional singer, but passed away before her dreams were realized.
Recently David has been featured on the NBC Today show as well as America's Got Talent. He is currently working on developing a recording contract with a record company in Nashville, TN
