Wednesday feb 17, Songwritercontest with Norvegian Country Radio. My song "Talk to the hand" came in second, and will be released on an EP with the other finalsongs this winter :-) I Uploaded it right away. Friday feb 19 Car all packed, off for a gig in Drammen. Been rehearsing some new irish pubsongs, eager to try them out, not to mention the first ever performance of "Talk to the hand". Always scary to sing my own songs, I wish I could find someone else to do that ;-) Sunday feb 21 Allright, sunday night, fingertips starting to regain feeling after this weekends gigs in Drammen. Checked my Tunecore account, nothing much been happening, went thru the Myspace accounts, the youtube and facebook.. Geez whats a guy gotta do to get ahead in this business... I made myself an account at Reverbnation, its all about being seen, and the more places the better, tho keeping them updated is a hassle. I keep listening to the webradio in case I get a play, Getting played is a good thing, at least as long as it is on the radio :-) Wrote a couple of new songs too, maybe I'll upload them this week...
