James Bordes, also called The Indonesian Merle Haggard.
In 1997 appeared the CD 'Old Times' by Rarity Records.
It was just for fun because this kind of Indo music was more for a select audience.
In 1997 Trees Elders managed to convince the Rarity Records producer to do the recordings for James.
Although they mostly produced Rock-a-Billie's en Real Rock&Roll, they've got convinced pretty fast producing a country CD with James Bordes.
Cause of the money problems and the lack of time Rarity Records demanded 22 songs in 2 days!
Like every professional and even amateur knows, this cant be done if you want a good product and getting the best qualities out of your artist.
Despite of the kind of amateuristic way of working, we do have a country CD of James Bordes.
We will only put a few songs on here and maybe add some homerecorded songs(much better quality) later.
Anyway we hope you'll enjoy the amazing voice of James Bordes and his music!
