I am a PK (Pastor's Kid) as well as a PW (Pastor's wife). I joke that God tricked me into the PW roll as my husband was a technical writer when we got married. I have learned that it's okay if I don't fit the traditional PW roll. I laugh to loud and to long. I often put my foot in my mouth and I am prone to being rather silly at times. On the other hand there is nothing more serious to me than my relationship with Jesus. He is the one I worship, adore and love with all my heart.
The Four A's: As a young child I was Abducted, Abused and Abandoned. It is only because of the fourth A (God's Amazing grace) that I am who I am today. I truly believe he sheltered me under his wing and cried with me through the darkness of that time. Many of my songs are born from the struggle between my love for Christ and my need for freedom from the past. It is for Him that I live and love and breathe.
