I am here to: 1) create designs for unsigned artists to help improve their chances of getting noticed.
2) build my portfolio.
3) listen to beats.
I do logos, CD covers, DVD covers, posters, fliers, business card...etc, etc, etc.
A) most of my work is simple. sometimes it gets complex.
B) design for the audience not for you----meaning the audience should be able to read it easily and remember it. you may want something visually exciting to you but if the audience has a hard time processing the information then we have failed.
C) having an advertising background helps me effectively produce designs that work.
D) i didn't go to school for design. i only took one class and i dropped it. But yes the professor did show me some strong techniques while i attending the class. I taught myself mostly everything within the programs that i use.
