Hey Guys.... I finially finished one of my songs.. "Ain't Got No Money!" Hope you like it... It's here!! Please listen and vote for me ... hope you like it!!
I'm a little 4'11" Little bass player. I have been playing bluegrass gospel music most of my life. I learned to play guitar and was playing in bands when I was 12 years old. I have been in several bands over the years but I have always been shy about singing. I have always written songs but never felt they were good enough to share.
Well, I've decided it's time I share some of these songs with others and maybe I'll get lucky and someone will help me get something published!!
I am truck driver and on the road a lot... I'm working on my new CD.. hopefully it will be ready soon ... I have some great songs to share and I'm sure you will like some of them!!!
I was with a band in Nashville - "Newgrass Review" that received the ICMA Arisen Award through Sound Click in Ogden, UT 2004. Yeah.. It's me the little upright bass player!! Sadly to say I am no longer associated with that band since the band leader moved off to NM.
I was very excited when I received this award on Fathers Day. My father always wanted to do something with his music and never had the chance. He died with lukemia in his late 50's. I guess I'm just trying to carry out his dreams!!! Let me know what you think... Vote for me and give me a lot of "STARS"!! Look forward to hearing from you!! Veda Marie
