Well let's see, I love playing guitar. Now if I could just convince someone to pay me to sit around and play guitar all day, I'd be set.
I'm relatively new to the world of computer recording, and I'm fascinated by every aspect of it. No longer are musicians forced to keep their creativity to themselves due to the high costs of professional studio time. Almost all of the songs you hear here were recorded in my spare bedroom, using software that cost less than $150.
Other noteworthy things about me - in 2007, I entered my song, "Six To Nine", in Sonoma Wireworks' "RiffRumble VIII" and won first prize, a brand-new Taylor Standard solidbody guitar (street price $1800).
David Hosler (who designed the revolutionary bridge on the Solidbody, among other things) hand-picked my song from a large pool of really solid entries. On top of having impeccable taste in music (hehe), David is a super-cool guy. Knowing what I do about David's experience with music, having him pick my song was a real honor. Not to mention the fact that I LOVE my solidbody, and it has given me inspiration to write tons of new songs.
