Been playing music for 40 years now. Started writing my own songs almost that long ago. Always had a propensity for that. Figured the time I spent playing guitar and piano was more productive if I was "creating" something. Played in bands back in the 70's and 80's - mostly original music. Started recording my own stuff in the mid-90's with a Tascam 388 (Studio 8) which I still fire up once in a while. Two years ago I went digital and invested in a DAW running Sonar.
