Born & raised in the Nations Capital Washington D.C, & throughout the back alleys of PG County
Riverdale MD brings about an artist under Chaos... He became interested in the lifestyle of hip hop due to his surroundings of the early 80tys era which he then started portraying his own image in it with a group called Apostrahy'(NS)...They then performed for all local inner city communty activities such as cookouts, block parties, homecomings, talent shows,local TV shows etc... It then lead them 2 perform on the worlds famous Showtime at the Apollo stage back in the eary 90tys... Due to lack of communication, time, age, & money they then parted ways in search of their own ways... A few years late Too-Key then reappeared on the scene reincarnated as whut's now Chaos... He has made numerious appearences on local mixtapes throughout the DMV area as a featured artist which then gave him his own notion of
(Now or Neva- All or Nothin)!!!
He then appeared on the political scene with then Nations Capital prior mayor Marion Barry on his campagn
trail for City Counsel with the song Bless the Children under Unbreakable Ent which has made the front cover of the Washington Post... He has been paitent with all of his trials & tribulations thus far which gives him the motivation to piece together his Debut Mixtape & Album !!! Anticipated but unda-rated...
