As soon as an acoustic guitar and a soulful played violin meet the rhythm of a cajon a wonderful canorous sound is generated. The fresh and good mood implementing mix from folk, country and rock is acoustically presented by “trashcanation” which has left between Flensburg and Braunschweig – not to forget Hamburg – only enthusiastic audiences. The in 2004 founded singer/songwriter project “trashcanation” composed of Thorsten Ruge (guitar, vocals), Caro Ivens (violin) and Heiner Schädel (cajon) presents predominantly self-written songs. Both, rock sounded songs and ballads or cheerful country-sound fill the program, the harmonic team play of the band appeals and convinces.
